Not getting what I ordered. Never again.

You order 2 big mac menus, and you get 1 french fries and 2 chicken burger ... I hear the order was from behind me😂 ... Just a juice shop, I live across the street from the mc in httigheim but prefer to go to Tamm

Just been there, a catastrophe !!!! We ordered to the value of 50 euros and forgot 5 fries with the menu !!!!! Unfortunately we could not check on site whether everything was there because it was dark and too busy !!!! So sry 5 fries doesn't work where the employees have their heads ??? An attempt was then made to reach you by phone, unfortunately without success, so this way. !!!!

Incomplete food delivered and the toys not given to my little sister at the happy meal was not a nice day with a sad child. If you already order something at drive in where you cannot directly check the order, I expect more. Very disappointed!

Incredibly unfriendly staff, food always cold, French fries always greasy as if they had been soaked in oil for years and in the end what was ordered never matched what was delivered. I live right across the street but from now on I always go to Tamm!

The competence of the staff is equal to 0. Say at the counter that I would like to have chili sauce with my chicken nuggets, what do I have in it .... Sweet and sour ..... The guy at the counter didn't even make an order complete .. I turned 3 laps so that I had everything I wanted ... Pure juice shop !!

There are absolutely no regulations regarding the number in the restaurant. The restaurant was so full that sometimes no distance could be maintained. The employee who packed the food had no gloves on and also had a ring on almost every finger. I work in gastronomy myself and know that it is not hygienic! But if you take a look around the restaurant, you realize pretty quickly that the whole place is dirty. In addition, there are no disinfectant dispensers anywhere so that guests can disinfect their hands. I'll never go to that McDonald's again. Never seen a dirty and disgusting place like this one!

The worst McDonalds around 15Km. MacDrive been after a long time today. Three cars in front of me. 0:08 drove in 0:22 I got the food. Definitely not a restaurant called fast. Answer from employees "Boss wants to save even more despite minimum wage". Never thanks again.

Attention wrong opening times! You can only eat on site until 11 p.m., after that there is only drive-in. I was there at 10:55 p.m. and of course the door was already locked.

Coffe is very bad , dirty , and people who work in the mc don't speak english .

I usually come at night, when I go to McDonalds, then only to this one. Because there is really order and love in here. The food is always well assembled and packaged. The staff are very nice and polite. Keep it up!

Order took 30 minutes and was cold. After complaining new hot order got delivered in 5 min. Neighbor table same. Toilettes were really ugly. Something is seriously wrong with this McDonald's.

How it is possible, we were last night after work around 1:30 AM amd ordered something to eat, we were starving, we paid and waited to our table for about 20min, then we went to see what is happening with our order, a young boy said this order is already finished and send, but how, we haven't accepted anything, they treated us like homeless, they said this ticket is for about 1 hour old, they made us thief wo tries to steal some food with others ticket, so we left like pice of s*** in 2 AM with no food, no money back, starving and like robber. Shame on you

They should respect the orders at Mcdrive. We just get 2 Happy Meals without toys, for twice just 1 ketchup and 1 sauce..

I was waiting for 30 mins just so the breakfast menu will pass away. It didnt. Now im hungry and angry and driving to KFC

Just like another Mc D. Plus they have big screen terminals to order without having to wait in the counter queue. It also supports many languages and interface is intuitive. Sometimes waiting could be as much as 10 minutes.

Long waiting mcdrive so annoying and people inside the restaurant get served much fast which I saw from the road when was waiting....they need to organize well

I have to say, I still think the old operating version is better. Was much more personal. This branch is now completely modernized.

It was a funny situation : saleswoman couldn't understood which was the client's wish and the client was not able to take order from the touchscreen. Both were very unhappy with the situation. Finally, just McDonald's!
